Far Cry 4

If you have not played Far Cry 3 on your previous-gen video game consoles, you surely have squandered a hell lot of fun that no other game can stipulate. The third game in one of the most remarkable video game franchises, Far Cry 3, is believed to be the biggest video game title Ubisoft Montreal has ever worked on. Now how can you possibly top that? Obviously, by going even bigger, and that is exactly what Ubisoft is doing by bringing Far Cry 4 into the game of video games. Believe me, things are about to get even more complicated, since Far Cry 4 is going to hit local market later this year.
Far Cry 4 was in leaks and rumors ever since the next generation of gaming kicked-off, but the first official announcement regarding Far Cry 4 came over a month ago, when Ubisoft officially uncovered the next-gen luncay. The publisher released a handful of Far Cry 4 details such as storyline and main protagonist of the game, release date, box art, setting and pre-order details. As we already know, the game will launch in the US this year on November 18, while on November 20 the game will hit EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) territories.
Before going on, allow me to show you the gameplay trailer of Far Cry 4, coming from Ubisoft’s E3 2014 press conference, which actually just started with this gameplay trailer. The footage shared below shows first five minutes of Far Cry 4. Of course the first five minutes of the game take you to your in-game character and your biggest enemy, who seems a little bit more mad and crazier than our very own Vaas from Far Cry 3.
Far Cry 4, according to the officials, is an open world first-person shooter just like its predecessors. But unlike lush green forests in Far Cry 3, the upcoming already most awaited game will be set in Kyrat, a fictional region of Himalayas that is administrated by a self-appointed ruthless king; looking at the game’s cover, he seems to be young in age with blond hair. Taking the effect from other Far Cry titles, Far Cry 4 will offer a variety of geographic features and wildlife related to the game’s exotic setting. This is all from the developed till now, hopefully, we will get more updates on the game later.
