Extreme Hackintosh Build 12 Core Xeon & a GTX Titian Z

Spotted Out in the Wilde a beast of a Hackintosh running a 12-Core XEON @ 3.8GHz and a GTX Titan Z and apparently 64GB Corsair DDR4 RAM!!!!!! To be honest I would kill for this. I would love to actually see what is on the inside of his build as I have not yet seen anyone getting there hand on DDR4 Ram let alone a Motherboard that supports it. Which leads me to believe it could be fake but, lets wait and see if something else pops up soon.
